How long does 1-on-1 Coaching usually last?
We have 3 primary packages, ranging from 12 weeks to 1 year. Ultimately, we want to choose the length that will best serve you. So, we take our first call to know where you are, where you want to go, and why it's so important for you to get there. Then, we decide together what would be best for you.
What is included in a workshop?
The Ultimate Purpose workshop is a 3 hour workshop that includes tools for alignment, practices and reflection exercises to help you gain massive clarity, and comprehensive instruction around your ultimate purpose in this world. We recommend you bring a journal and writing utensil, and show up with your full focus and presence. Our goal is to serve you deeply so you can't help but walk away feeling alive and committed to excellence in every aspect of your life!
What is Me'od?
Me'od is the Hebrew word most often translated as "very" or "much." But it's meaning is really to modify a word to it's highest capacity. So, in Genesis 1:31, after God creates human beings, He looks at all He has created and says, "it is good me'od." AKA, good to it's highest capacity. Then, in the Shema (Deuteronomy 6:4-5), the Israelites are called to "Love God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your me'od." Usually this is translated "strength" but that is not what it means, it means "your highest capacity." So, the idea of me'od is all about unlocking your highest capacity in love to God and service to the world.
